This storage facility is by far the BEST place in Bowling Green. We just cleaned out our storage unit that we have had since 2020, (but have also had several others through this facility since 2013), and they are great people to work with. We currently live in. Louisville but had kept them even through the years of living here because they are such a great storage facility and have great pricing. Monica, the lady who works there, is so kind and helpful, understanding. We had a mishap with the gate code once over the holiday weekend and drove all the way from Louisville to get somethings out and they had reset the gate codes and it wouldn't work for us. We called the line and left a message and within 10 mins the owner called us back and helped us get into our unit. If you are looking for a reliable storage facility...THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!! These people are terrific! We rented for 3 yrs and all of our stuff was in perfect condition; no pests - of any kind. Property managers were always polite and pleasant. Rent was reasonably priced for climate control. Stored for over seven months, from July through March, and had no issues of pests or poor environmental conditions. Would definitely store with them again.
